  1. Frequent Hand Washing (avoid anti-bacterial soaps)
  2. Hands-off-face approach
  3. Gargle 2X/day with warm salt water or mouthwash
  4. Blow nose hard and clean nostrils with warm water once per day
  5. Eat foods rich in Vitamin C and/or supplements with C and Zinc
  6. Drink lots of healthy warm liquids (bone broth, herbal tea etc.)
  7. Get Regular Sleep (7-8 hours for adults)
